Face Lapping & Flatness

Our cleanroom lapping department polishes sealing faces (Silicon Carbide, Tungsten Carbide, Carbon) to within 3 helium light bands (0.0009mm flatness).

This extreme flatness maintains a micro-thin lubricant film, preventing face-to-face contact and thermal wear.

Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Our engineers utilize advanced FEA software to model stress distributions, temperature profiles, and deformation behaviors of seal faces under high pressures.

This eliminates face distortion and ensures sealing stability in challenging applications.

Custom Retrofit Engineering

We possess specialized capabilities to reverse-engineer and retrofit mechanical seals for legacy, custom, or obsolete OEM pumps, mixers, and agitators.

This allows plant operators to upgrade sealing reliability without needing to replace entire machinery housings.

FFKM O-Rings & Exotic Elastomers

We integrate high-performance FFKM (Perfluoroelastomer) O-rings and custom-compounded secondary seals compatible with Kalrez®, Chemraz®, and Viton® chemical profiles.

This ensures complete chemical inertness and high-temperature tolerance up to 327°C under hostile process chemistry.
